TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing a ticket to The 1/2 Day Workshop (the “Event”), hosted by Monica Hobbs and Anneke Odendaal of Pink Sparrow Social, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Purchase & Inclusions
- The ticket price is $150 USD per attendee.
- Your ticket includes access to the 1 Day Workshop session and lunch on Wed, April 2, 2025, in Waco, Texas.
2. No Refund Policy
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be provided for any reason once a ticket has been purchased.
3. Event Participation
- This event is exclusively for female entrepreneurs who are serious about growing their businesses.
- The event will be interactive, and attendees are expected to participate fully.
- We reserve the right to refuse or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
4. Liability & Release
- By attending the Event, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and assume all risks associated with attending an in-person event.
- The hosts, organizers, venue, and affiliated parties are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to you or your personal property.
- Any food allergies or dietary restrictions must be sent via writing minimum 1 week before the event date or will not be accommodated.
5. Media Release
- By attending the Event, you grant Kaylee Hackney and Pink Sparrow Social the right to record, photograph, and use your image and likeness for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes.
6. Event Changes
- We reserve the right to modify event details, including schedule, location, and content, if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to attendees in a timely manner.
